This week the TechSmith team is excited to announce the premiere of TechSmith Tips!
TechSmith Tips is a weekly series that will focus on tips in screencasting, video editing, and more. We’ll be breaking down what equipment you’ll need, providing help in common problem areas, and hopefully suggesting a few cool techniques you hadn’t even considered.
Each video has a level of difficulty associated with it, so if you’re a new user or an old pro you’ll know where to look for just what you need. Most of the videos will be operating system agnostic but we’ll be sure to mark the video if it’s a PC or Mac specific tip.
To kick off the series we decided to start easy: How to Record your Screen. After all, recording your desktop is the first building block for all future tips in the series.
There’s plenty more where this came from. Keep your eyes on the TechSmith blog, YouTube channel (subscribe to make it easy), Twitter, Facebook, we’ll even be posting it on LinkedIn if that’s your thing.
Moving forward we’ll be looking for suggestions for topics. So don’t be shy! Chime in on any of our social channels and we’ll gladly add popular requests to the topics list.
